HOW TO CREATE PHOTOS WITH BLURRED BACKGROUNDS
When I got my first fancy camera, the first thing I wanted to do was learn how to create photos with those dreamy blurred backgrounds! Whether it's portraits or flowers, I always considered the dreamy blurred background (also known as bokeh) to be my first step in taking my photography to the next level!
Though I understood that lower apertures created more blur, I found myself frustrated by why I sometimes got dreamier blur than others. There were times where I just wasn’t getting as pretty of a blur, even though I was shooting at F1.2. Why is the bokeh different when my camera setting was exactly the same?
